Patricia Needham / Senior Vice President, Legal

Patricia Needham is senior vice president, legal at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. She joined the Company in 1998 and is primarily responsible for risk management for the Company.

Prior to joining Strategic Hotels, Ms. Needham practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom ("Skadden"), where she focused on real estate law, concentrating in development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Prior to her position with Skadden, Needham specialized in real estate at Sidley Austin.

Ms. Needham graduated from John Carroll University and holds a juris doctorate from Loyola University Chicago.
