Kenneth Barrett / Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Ken Barrett is a senior vice president, asset management at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. He has held this position since he joined the Company in 2005 and is responsible for both owned and third party asset managed hotels.

Throughout his 20-plus year career, Mr. Barrett has worked with most major hotel brands, including Fairmont, Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, Loews and Marriott. He has both domestic and international hotel management experience, primarily in finance and hotel operations with both branded and independent properties.

Prior to joining Strategic, he served in various property and corporate financial roles for Interstate Hotels and Resorts and InterContinental Hotels and Resorts.

Mr. Barrett graduated with a mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
